Mike was first introduced to Dave Ramsey through Dave’s Financial Peace University class while in college over 15 years ago. Almost immediately he took that passion for Dave’s common sense principles and put them into practice doing budgets for himself and some of his college buddies. Since then he has helped over 200 families during 7 Financial Peace University and 2 Legacy Journey Classes. He has also been involved in leading the financial portion of the pre-marital counseling classes offered at his church in Appleton. In April of 2016, Mike was fortunate enough to get a tour of Dave’s headquarters at Financial Peace Plaza in Brentwood, TN culminating in meeting Dave himself and witnessing a live debt-free scream. Mike shares Dave’s deep desire to see people freed from the bondage of debt, in control of their finances, and on the road to financial prosperity.
