I was born, raised, and have lived my entire life in Green Bay, WI.  My father taught me at a very young age about managing my money and investing in my future.  Time is your best friend, he would say.  I learned how to manage my own checkbook and start saving from my very first paycheck.  Grateful for the knowledge he shared with me.  This has shown me the importance of the services that we provide for our clients.

Prior to starting with Macco Financial Group, I was employed in the veterinary field as an assistant for 18 years.  After leaving that field when my children were born, I became a stay-at-home Mom till they were old enough to be in school.  During this time, I really learned how to stretch our income since we were down to one now.  I then became employed with the school district they attended in the community education program.  Serving community members in a small town with the necessities they needed and providing opportunities for them to feel like they truly belonged in that community.  Through these various positions, customer service was always a number one priority.  I am continually intrigued to discover the various backgrounds and circumstances of the clientele I encounter and to understand how we can best serve their needs.  Having a passion for solutions not problems allows me to continuously strive for the best for our clients.  It’s my belief that everyone is treated like family when they walk through the doors or call on the phone here at Macco Financial Group.

Met my husband Keith in 2005 and later we married in 2008.  We have a beautiful daughter, handsome son, and a German Shorthaired Pointer (“fur-baby”) named Chief.  Outside of work my hobbies include being a 4-H leader for Brown County, gardening, canning, baking, campfires, raising market animals for the fair, and hiking and exploring various state parks.

Stacie joined the Macco Financial Group team as a Client Service Specialist in April 2023.  She provides clients with professionalism and high-quality customer service.  Her roles on the team include general office duties, meeting note taking, account opening and maintenance, and paperwork completion.  It’s her job to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, be available to answer any questions and guide you through our process. Stacie looks forward to working with and getting to know you!
